Development of Strategic Plan

Employees need to be advised on how best to manage their salaries and incomes (e.g. from Sacco’s and savings). On this, we will have the following as some of the objectives:

• Enable employees understand that saving is more of a culture/practice, which is not caused by amount of income. Any employee is able to save regardless the salary amount.
• Advise employees on do and don’ts of personal financial management
• Advise on the best ways of using funds and saving.
